Why coaching?
It is a safe space and a tool to get the results that you want. You will receive guidance to elicitate insights and find the answers that lie within you. Your autonomy, own competence, and responsibility are the highest values and the key to make this work. As a coach I support through deep listening, mirroring, challenging, sharing curated research and exercises, and by holding you accountable to agreements with yourself.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Very often, change just depends on reaching a state of clarity first and then following up with commitment and consistency. In my coaching approach simple and playful methods provide the right guidance to align actions and habits with overarching goals. You receive the tools that suite you and which can be easily integrated into your routines and daily life. After all, this is to what most topics boil down eventually: tiny little steps along a 24h day in a 7 day week. This goes for every human being in all situations, without exception.

WHOM IS IT FOR?
Coaching is not only for “broken” or “failed” people, because no one truly is. This is a concept and a stigma I don´t believe in. In fact, it is for everyone who makes the conscious decision to take responsibility for changing something in their lifes, regardless of where they are right now. Seeking external help from a coach or a trainer is a proven concept in numerous areas of life such as sports, recovery, nutrition, acting, … . Working with a coach rather shows strength, courage, and commitment than anything else.
Is this like theraphy?
No, there is a clear distinction. In coaching, we want to understand the past and respect it. But we decide that we can move forward from wherever we are in life right now. Topics and certain trauma which require a professional therapist will not be part of our sessions, but can be treated separately. Both approaches are not in conflict, but rather go hand in hand and can be complementary and accelerating.
WHAT IS YOUR QUALIFICATION?
I have successfully completed a certified life coach program with Mindvalley and already served numerous clients. My expertise is complemented through my multiple year-long experience as certified yoga and meditation teacher, my professional background in business and technology consulting as well as working in the startup sector for sustainable impact. Management coaching and mentoring has been part of these professions as well.
Building up a successful career and then leaving the business world to create an independent and global lifestyle gave me insights on how to navigate uncertainty, start from zero, establishing new habits, and eventually a new self.
WHAT TO WORK ON?
Sometimes people come with a certain goal or an inner state they want to reach. Often, the specific challenges to reach that point reveal themselves along the way. However, even these initial goals might be replaced eventually as more clarity is achieved and the disctinction between means goals and end goals becomes clearer. There are brilliant yet simple exercises to identify key areas that are worth working on, so showing up with a blank mind or uncertainty about where to start is very common and no issue.
